Ok I really think there needs to be a הלכה of קול איש! There's a guy.....not important how I may or may not know him....he is jewish.....and I just melt when he sings. He has such a beautiful voice. I just feel like if he can't hear me b/c my voice might be attractive to him, then shouldn't it go the other way also?? I mean, seriously! I'm willing to take on that הלכה.

I seem to get into a lot of trouble lately. Get into...cause...it's a fine line. Wherever I go, or whatever I do, I seem to be doing something with which someone has a problem. So I decided to blog about it. Enjoy!

maybe not on this thingy. maybe privately to me....
I have always had the same issue with frum teenage girls and their stupid weomen's "health" magazines full of half or almost completely naked muscle men. Or even frum teenage girls for whome it is acceptable to have pinups of the latest hearthrobs, but g-d forbid the boys should have similar pinups for women.
The underlying halachic issue is attraction and ill thoughts. And if the girls are going to swoon and "melt" or whatever then the same standards need to be taught.
There is such a concept, but it is not kept. Go figure.
