No...Really....What time is it?!

I have serious clock reading issues. At first, I thought it was just with analogue clocks, ya know, the kind with the face and the hands. I thought I just had trouble figuring out where the hands are pointing.
Apparently I can't read digital clocks either. I thought it was 11:30 when it is really 10:30. Well, I must be right b/c somewhere in the world it's 10:30. So I'm not soo bad off.
